About Me

I’ve spent more than 25 years leading teams on high-end residential construction projects. My role was to bring the right people together, keep them aligned, and guide the team through the pressure and complexity that comes with ambitious work.

Over time, I saw a clear pattern. The projects that ran well didn’t just have strong professionals. They had strong leadership. They had people who communicated clearly, navigated tension without drama, and stayed focused on what mattered. That’s what led me to coaching.

I trained in negotiation with the Black Swan Group, where I learned how to manage high-pressure conversations and turn conflict into clarity. I also completed Levels 1 and 2 of The Art and Science of Coaching through Erickson Coaching International. Their solution-focused method gave me a framework for helping people think more clearly and move forward with purpose.

Today, I coach executives, founders, and professionals who are carrying a lot of responsibility. Some are navigating team dynamics. Some are facing big decisions or change. What they have in common is a desire to lead with more clarity, more ease, and better outcomes.

Coaching gives them the space to think deeply, challenge assumptions, and lead in a way that actually feels right. That’s the work I do, and I take it seriously.
